Abdulmujib Yusuf

Abdulmujib Yusuf is the Executive Director of Nature’s Heart Foundation Action for Development and Empowerment Initiatives (NHF ADEI), a youth-led nonprofit advancing women’s empowerment, quality education, peacebuilding, climate action, good governance, and technology for social impact in underserved communities in Nigeria.

He is a development practitioner committed to empowering marginalized groups—especially women, girls, and youth—through innovative, community-driven programs.

Under his leadership, NHF ADEI has implemented impactful initiatives including Girls in Tech and AI programs, climate action and resilience campaigns, youth civic engagement and peacebuilding projects, and health outreach programs such as tuberculosis awareness and screening in marginalized communities.

Abdulmujib is also active in advancing the intersection of technology, AI, and development, using digital tools and data-driven approaches to strengthen community impact. He collaborates with local and international partners, government institutions, and development organizations to expand opportunities for young people and underserved populations.

Ibrahim Adekunle Al-Amin is the Cheif Operating Officer at Nature's Heart Foundation, with over 4 years experience in community health development, a Geological Engineering HND graduate from Kaduna Polytechnic, a skilled Graphic Designer . And also I enjoy playing football.

Aminat Ummi Abdulwaheed

Team Lead, NHF ADEI

Aminat Ummi Abdulwaheed is an entrepreneur, A researcher, and Advocacy Lead at Nature’s Heart Foundation, where she drives evidence-based programmes and community-centered campaigns across Northern Nigeria. She is also a passionate youth advocate for good governance and a dedicated champion for girl-child education.

Was also a marketing strategist at GoSolar 360 Ventures, Aminat supports the expansion of clean-energy solutions, while also served as the lead at Northern Wellness Hub, a growing wellness brand focused on accessible health and therapeutic services.

Aminat is a graduate of Kaduna State University, with Honours in Sociology, a background that strengthens her work in community engagement, social advocacy, and behavioural research.

Aminat is born and brought up in Northern part of Nigeria but she's Yoruba by tribe and believes in a one Nigeria no matter the dialect. Guided by passion, grit, and fortitude, Aminat is committed to building healthier communities, empowering young people, promoting gender equity, and advancing sustainable development across the region.
